Most likely to get in trouble at school for:
Being the one who asked too many questions when everyone else was ready to move on. That curiosity never left me, and today it fuels my work as a coach.

Biggest life lesson:
There is always another choice, usually more than two. Sometimes we just have to look a little harder. This belief has helped me navigate challenges in all aspects of life.

Proudest professional accomplishment:
Turning my passion for people and relationships into a meaningful profession shaped by our family's journey across four countries and raising three boys with ADHD—my greatest teachers.

Most likely to get in trouble at school for:
Getting the football team to move a teacher's car up a hill and cover it with shaving cream! My counselor saw leadership potential: "You're leading them down a hole. What if you led them up a mountain?" That lesson changed everything.

Biggest life lesson:
No matter the situation, you have a choice in how you respond. Even when we feel trapped, we can choose how we view and respond—a powerful way to reclaim control.

Proudest professional accomplishment:
Conducting Inclusive Leadership work in Saudi Arabia, where participants became key players in increasing gender equity and reforming gender-restrictive laws. You never know what kind of ripple effect you can have.

Most likely to get in trouble at school for:
Too much chit-chat—I'm inquisitive and love to talk, listen, and ask questions (just needed to work on my timing).

Biggest life lesson:
We constantly write our own stories. Each day offers an extraordinary opportunity to repair relationships, learn from failure, celebrate success, and craft the next chapter.

Proudest professional accomplishment:
Redirecting my journey to become a certified coach. Embarking into the unknown brought vivid color and rich texture to my life in the most fascinating way.
